Hi Tara! Well bless your heart for that sweet comment! :) Thank you! Yes, I have been working at slimming down a bit and have simply been tracking my calorie intake through My Fitness Pal. It is free and helps me watch portions plus as you say allows me to still enjoy good food which I think is essential to the success of this! I've been hesitant to write a post about this but perhaps it is time! I'll ponder that! Have a great day, Monica
