Brush Cleaning

Anyone have any tips on cleaning a brush that you use to brush marinade on chicken? I've tried washing, pouring boiling water over, etc... But, it never really seems to be "clean". Any thoughts?

I always have that problem too. I soaked mine in boiling water and that seemed to help a little. However, a couple of weeks ago I bought a silicon brush at a kitchen store. It superiorly slathers on melted butter, marinades, etc and then cleans up with regular dishwater. No gunky stuff left on it at all. ...hope that helps. Have a great day!!

I read about it in the Kraft magazine too - but wasn't sure where to get one...and now that I have two great references, it sounds like that is worth a try!
Thanks ladies!
